Hi! 😊 Thanks for stopping by.
I put together a few quick tips to help you get ready for a service visit. Please read to the end — it really helps the process go faster.

To make the diagnosis faster and more accurate, please prepare the appliance and the work area ahead of time. This often saves time during the visit and helps identify the issue sooner.
Refrigerator / Freezer
• Do not unplug the refrigerator before the visit (unless you smell burning or see smoke). This helps us check temperatures and system operation correctly.
• If only one section isn’t working (fridge or freezer), please clear that section if possible.
• If the entire unit is warm, please clear both sections if you can — it makes testing airflow and temperatures much easier.
Washer / Dryer
• Remove all laundry from the drum.
• If possible, clear space around the appliance for access from the front/sides/back.
• If the unit is in a tight space, consider whether it can be slightly pulled out ahead of time.
Oven / Range / Cooktop
• Remove racks, trays, and any items from inside the oven so we can test heating safely.
• For gas appliances with ignition concerns, avoid repeated attempts to ignite before the visit.
Safety first
• If you notice a burning smell, smoke, or sparks — unplug the appliance immediately and do not use it until the technician arrives.
• For most appliances (except a refrigerator when there’s no safety concern), if symptoms seem electrical, it’s best to unplug it.
Helpful info before you book
To help us arrive prepared, if possible:
• Describe the issue briefly: what’s happening, when it started, any error codes, unusual noises, or smells.
• Take a photo of the Model Number and Serial Number label (often inside the door, on the side, or on the back).
• If there’s an error code, a photo of the display is very helpful.
