Yes. We use original replacement parts and identify the right part from the appliance model and diagnosis. Availability and the proposed repair are confirmed before work is agreed.
What should I send before the visit?
Share a photo of the model label and any display message, and mention whether the unit is built into cabinetry.
How much is the diagnostic visit?
The standard diagnostic visit is $75, waived when you approve the repair. You receive an explanation of the fault and the proposed price before deciding.
Can I see available times before entering my details?
Yes. Online booking starts with the date and available two-hour visits. Your selected time is reserved after you complete and submit the request.

We use original replacement parts. The $75 diagnostic fee is waived when you approve the repair.
Returning customer or warranty follow-up?
After a completed paid service, the direct returning-customer rate is $39 for a new, separately scheduled appliance problem, also waived with approved repair. A continuation of the same repair or a warranty callback follows the original service terms. Third-party marketplace and paid-lead bookings do not qualify.
